For 36 years, YMCA has been provided essential services to the City of Whittlesea community including recreation, youth, children’s and disability services. 
YMCA Plenty Valley is an entirely new concept, bringing health and wellness, reformer pilates and small group training right into the heart of Westfield Plenty Valley.
Described as a wellness sanctuary, an escape where the focus is you. Our state of the art, boutique studios will take you on a wellness journey. You decide what path you take to achieving your own health and wellness.  Our friendly, expert trainers and extensive timetable will ensure your success.

Reformer Pilates

Our Pilates Reformer classes focus on improving your physical health and wellness including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.

These improvements, in turn, lead to daily life enhancements like better posture, graceful and efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with physical discomfort such as back pain. Our professional instructors are qualified to deliver safe, fun and socially engaging classes that will challenge you to improve yourself.

We offer group sessions with a maximum of 10 people per class. Our classes are perfect for brand new or experience individuals and all levels of fitness are welcome. Small Group Training 

Our ​Small Group Training classes are perfect for anyone that is looking to make personal training accessible and affordable.

You receive all the benefits of 1 on 1 training in a supportive, inclusive and safe team environment. In our small group sessions you will be given personal attention within your sessions that are tailored to your fitness level. Our professional and qualified trainers will work with you every step of the way to ensure you get the most out of your sessions and help you to achieve your fitness goals.

Whether you're new to exercise and not sure where to start, or a seasoned gym​-goer who needs an extra boost of motivation, our Small Group Training classes are the ideal fit for you. ​
